Excellent location, beautiful view from a large veranda looking at the sea, well equiped. Great helpful owner.
Suitable for spring summer and fall.

Stayed there with 2 kids last spring and liked pretty much all about the apartment: nice sleeping area, great balcony, fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, washer, clean bathroom (although the sink there is too small – a little awkward to use) and excellent location. I would sure rent it again when visiting Haifa next time.

the apartment location was great and the accomodations were just what we needed. The only thing I would say that was not good was when we needed to take a shower in the am there was no hot water.

A great location. You are not in Haifa but rather, near the center of Carmel, which I think is better anyway. A short 10 -15 minute walk up the hill or a bus will get you to the main street Hanassi where there are lots of restaurants and shops. I would also say the picture are pretty accurate of how the place is. The view from the balcony is fabulous.
The apartment is very comfortable and the owner is very nice.
I highly recommend the place especially if you are independent and don\'t want a hotel.
The one downside is the sink in the bathroom. It\'s very awkward and the shower has a half bath.

The apartment is really great and well equipped. The balcony is perfect to spend the days (and nights) outside and it is fantastic for small children. The place is located in a nice area with acceptable distances to major spots of Haifa. And the owner is just a great, friendly and helpful guy. We hope to come back to the place...

We have had nine vacation rentals in six different countries, and this was our best rental experience. Nuri, the owner, lives in the same small apartment building directly below this apartment. He is very easy to deal with and a wonderful host. The apartment is in a quiet leafy section of Mt. Carmel. We had car and a GPS so there was no problem finding it. Without the GPS (and not reading Hebrew) it would have been much more difficult, but no worse than anything else on Mt. Carmel. It was easier approaching from the east side than the west side.

The apartment itself was great. With two adults and two older children, we were concerned that it would be too small, but it turned out to be just right. There is only one bath, but even that didn\'t seem to be much of a problem because of an extra sink on the terrace. The apartment is bright, cheerful, recently remodeled and in excellent condition. Probably the best thing about it is that the apartment is personalized for Nuri\'s own grown kids and their families for when they come to visit. This gives it a very \"homey\" feel.

The apartment has a very large private breezy terrace with a great view. It is like an extra large room. You can even see the ocean off to the southeast. There is a nice table for six that is perfect for breakfast (in addition to a table in the main room). Even a hammock! There is a washing machine, but no dryer. That wan not a problem because of clothes lines available on the terrace and the dry climate.

Haifa is a good base for travel in northwest Israel, at least by car. I can\'t imagine anyone not being happy with this apartment and with having Nuri as a host.

The apartment is in a great central location and has everything you need to be comfortable. The huge balcony had a great breeze and view.
