A semi detached four bedroom villa with its own private pool situated in the peaceful and popular area of Santa Maria Estate, Mellieha. The sandy beach of Mellieha is within a short drive away, and a little further on you will find the ferry port for those wishing to visit the un-spoilt island of Gozo. Terraced into the hillside and overlooking the valley below, the recently refurbished villa is comfortably furnished with fully equipped kitchen, complimentary WIFI, BBQ and air conditioned rooms. Upon entering the entrance level, one finds an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area, together with a nice terrace overlooking the swimming pool below. The bedrooms are found downstairs.
