Description of object

This lovely penthouse has 3 terraces. The largest terrace is 5m x 3m and overlooks the bay. This terrace is ideal to enjoy breakfast, lunch, romantic dinner or simply relax over a glass of wine while enjoying the nice sea view. Please refer to the attached images to see the magnificent view there is from this terrace which is furnished with garden furniture and Gas BBQ.

The second largest terrace is 3mx1m and faces South east. Thus this terrace is ideal for a couple to have breakfast and enjoy some morning sun. The smallest terrace is used for the washing machine and is covered to allow the clothes to dry away from our hot sun and rarely rain :)

This new penthouse has one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a kitchen dining living. In this room there are 2 sofa beds which can accommodate another couple as they can easily be turned into a double bed with a normal mattress. The penthouse is served with an elevator. The kitchen is fully equipped and in the combined sitting dining there is a satellite TV with more than 1250 stations. Apartment also has a fully automatic washing machine.

St Paul’s Bay is one of the most beautiful villages in Malta. The Penthouse is located in a quiet area facing the fishing harbour. In fact one can enjoy seeing the fishermen coming in and going out of the harbour from the the terrace or in the sitting room. Just 150 m away there is also a small swimming zone which is very popular with the locals for a quick swim.

St Paul’s Bay has a busy town centre full of shops, banks, pharmacies etc. This is 800 m from the apartment. Bugibba and Qawra are new touristic areas in St Paul’s bay. There one might find more bars, restaurants (also Mc Donalds and Pizza hut), diving and water sport centres, ferries to remote beaches and islands like Comino and Gozo. These areas are just 20 min walk form the penthouse.

The Penthouse is also close to the best Sandy beaches like Mellieha Bay, Paradise Bay, Golden Sands, Gnejna Bay etc and Malta’s most intact countryside. In winter long walks and picnics in the countryside and along the sea are a must. In summer one can enjoy the sun at the beach in many ways from the most relaxing to the most adventurous ways. In the evening a walk on the promenade or a local village feast is a must. The bus stop is located infront of the door and the buses passes from the same street.

• Please, note that the price in this website is for 2 people. Price for Extra guest is 10 euros per person.
• On arrival, we require a deposit against damages of €150. The rest is refunded to the guests before they leave the apartment after property inspection. For big young groups, the refundable deposit is of €50 per person.
• There is a National Environmental Contribution Tax of €0,50 per person per day (up to a maximum of Euro 5,00 per person per stay) that is also payable on arrival.
• The apartment can be used only for residential purposes.
• No smoking inside the flat.
• No pets.
• No parties, events or loud noise.
• No 'Lost & Found' party goers.

Utilities Consumption

Please note that in the weekly price of the property utilities are included as per below:
0. 5 cubic meters of water per person per week
100 kWh per apartment per week
1 gas bottle per apartment per week

These consumption references for water, gas, and electricity should be more than sufficient for normal use for a week.

If the above-mentioned parameters are exceeded, the following rates will apply for the extra consumption:
€0.42 per kWh for electricity and €8.60 per cubic meter for water.

The water and electricity meters are noted at the beginning and end of the stay.

Regarding the monthly rate, please note that the price does Never include bills of gas, water, and electricity. The guest will just pay what they consume. Usual estimation is euro 60/80 per month.

Internet WiFi is provided free of Charge. IPTV is also provided free of charge (with several different international channels).
