Max 6 People!The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people with: - 2 bedrooms; - a living room with sofa bed and laundry facility; - dining area; - kitchen with dishwasher; - 1 bathroom with shower and washing machine; Amenities: TV, portable airconditioning,independent heating, washing machine, stove, moka, cooking utensils, fridge, freezer, hair dryer, internet wifi, linens and towels. The apartment is fully furnished and totally at your disposal. All prices include towels and bed linen and the change if you stay more than 1 week. Utilities are included for day If you stay less than a week; if you stay one week or more NOT include utilities. Security deposit of ¤ 150.00 to be paid in cash at check-in, the deposit will be returned at check-out. Final Cleaning Fee: 40 euro All prices NOT include tourist tax: guests over 12 years of age have to pay 2,5 euros per person per night. This payment will have to be made in cash at the time of the check in.
