Description of objectPerfect to enjoy the marvellous sun of the Appennini mountains.Additional services: I\\\'m available to guide my guests to discover Florence, Bologna and the surroundings. I\\\'m an amateur photographer so I can arrange a photographic tour. The chalet has two floors: the ground floor is always fresh, even during the Summer, and is is composed by a living room with fireplace and kitchen. The first floor is made of wood and is composed by three rooms and one bathroom; it is warmer in Winter, and warmer also during the Summer, even if it always reachs comfortable temperatures during the night thanks to the wind. On the first floor there are two large wardrobes and one of them is available for the guests. The bathroom has bathtub and shower. Location of objectThe village: Madonna dei Fornelli is a little village located in the south of the territory of Bologna, close to the boundary with Tuscany, along the ancient Roman street which links Bologna with Florence. It is still possible to visit parts of the ancient Roman street in the woods close to the village.Surroundings: The cabin is easily reachable using public services both from Bologna and Florence. You can get there from Bologna by bus using the TPer service. The closest train station is called \\\'San Benedetto Val di Sambro\\\' and it is one of the stops of the direct line Bologna-Florence. Town: Italy, Madonna dei Fornelli, San Benedetto Val di SambroAll the property is available for the guests, included the front garden with porch swing and hammock, the little back garden with flowers and a little vegetable garden with herbs.Communication with the guests: During the stay I will always be available by phone or email for every need and a technician - who lives in the village - will always be available for problems in the heat system or in the electrical appliances. Additional information: The chalet is located inside a really calm and safe residential area, far from big and loud streets, but still really easily reachable from the village. The road which leads to the house is not used by public transit, but just by residents. Rules of the house: We keep the chalet always in good state of maintenance and with high cleanliness standards; I aspect my guests to do the same, respect the normal education rules and good sense. The use of the fireplace is allowed only in presence of adults.
