Description of objectIn the lower floor there are three double bedrooms each with its own bathroom / shower and a small living room with kitchenette overlooking a courtyard in the rock garden and through the large windows gives light to the underwent rooms. On the ground floor there are instead two double bedrooms, both with bath / shower room (ensuite) and picturesque countryside views to the sea. On the same level there is a large lounge with couches, fireplace and dining table for 6/8; fully equipped kitchen with adjoining storage space, and small bathroom. Outside, as a continuation of the living room, there is a large porch overlooking the sea, equipped with sofas and outdoor furniture and and two other arcades on the sides with sea view too. In the private garden of the villa, at a distance of 30 meters from the house there is the pool area with swimming pool and attached bathroom and dressing room. The garden property is about 7000 meters.
