Description of objectIn the village of MANZIANA, 40 km from Rome, linked with train line, 10 km from Lake of Bracciano, 20 Km from Santa Severa sea side beach, in a older building we rent an apartment with panoramic view, situated on second floor of old house large about 100 square meters. partially refurbished and finished.First floor: large living room with stone fireplace and window, bedroom with double window, bathroom with bathtub / shower and window, bedroom with mezzanine floor and window, kitchen with oven and worktops with window, corner closet. On the upper floor which is accessed via wrought iron staircase is a large bedroom or studio with a panoramic window, exit to a terrace with attic intended to utility / laundry room. The building of the early 900 is renovated with quality details; original chestnut beams, large stone fireplace is not working, terracotta floors, wrought iron staircase and wood.
