The house, in a sixteenth century palazzo in the historic centre of Monte San Savino ( Arezzo), is a real find for anyone wishing to visit Tuscany and Umbria.
The guests? apartment (75 square meters) is on the second floor. It?s pleasantly and comfortable furnished with antiques. It?s suitable for four people.
Rooms : a sitting room, a kitchen, a large anteroom, a small anteroom, a double bedroom and a nice bathroom.
Bedrooms:
The apartment has a large and nice double bedroom.
The large anteroom leads to the double bedroom . It?s a well lighted-room so it could well be made into a second bedroom.(one double or one twin-bedded )
small anteroom :it leads to the bathroom. You can find a small closet to replace iron/ironing board, clotheshorse.
Bathroom: Bathroom with bath/shower and bidet /
washing machine /hairdryer
Kitchen: Full kitchen is provided of all the necessary utensils, fridge, cooker, oven, fireplace, table and chairs for six.
Living Room: a sofa, TV set and a table.

You can relax and at the same time you can take part in lots of cultural events of the ?Savinese Summer?.
The Monte San Savino Musical Festival, that takes place from July to August, involves young Italian students as well as artist of national and international fame.
The programme includes performances, concerts executed by students and teachers in different places of the town district. Monte San Savino is in the middle of one of the most beautiful and unspoiled landascapes of the area called Valdichiana ,well known by excursion-loving people.
You can also enjoy many typical local products and taste lots of Tuscan wines in restaurants and taverns so close to your holiday house.
The owners of this holiday house can advise you about the best places to visit. A little English is spoken.
Distances: Some of the most beautiful towns in Tuscany and Umbria are within easy reach from Monte San Savino, which is 200 km far from Rome and 70 km south of Florence, Arezzo is only 18 km far, Siena 40 km, Perugia 60 km.
