Description of objectThe apartment is in a country house, where you don\'t see other houses, but only about 500 meters from the medieval village of Montemerano, and 5 minutes by car from the hot springs of Saturnia. The apartment, which is provided with two roofed terraces, located on the upper floor, but is at ground level by the slope of the house and accessible over one of the two terraces. There are two bedrooms, each one with either a double bed or two single beds. One of the bathrooms is accessible from the bedroom, and the other one, which also has a full bath is accessible from the corridor . The spacious living-dining-room-kitchen opens onto a covered upper terrace overlooking the valley.A laundry room is also inside the apartment. The area of the villa is beautiful, all the property of the lessor, consisting of mown meadows that go down to a brook with beautiful large poplars, and a well-kept olive grove next to the house, and a vineyard. The place is ideal for a family with children who play there very well outdoors, away from the road. Bed linen is included. Location of objectThe Holiday apartment is the first floor of a landhouse and is actually the only apartment which is to rent. There is nobody else living in the house. During the day comes a couple to work on the land. You can purchase organic vegetables locally.The place is only 200 metres distant from the provincial road, where you go only other 300-400 metres to arrive to Montemerano. The countryside around the house is wonderful, olive groves, vineyards and meadows and a lot of beautiful trees. Town: Italy, Maremma, MontemeranoMontemerano is famous for its beauty. It is an old medieval town and has several shops and restaurants.In 5 minutes you can go to the famous Spa of Saturnia, where you can take a bath for free in the wild cascates of warm sulfur water or you can enter in the Spa with its pools of warm sulfur water.
