Description of objectApartment for 4 people on the fifth floor with balcony, bedroom with 2 single beds, 1sofa-bed, shower-bath, fridge, cuttlery, plates, cup, 2 bycicle etc...Summer Residence is 300mt from the sea. Reception open all Summer. The living room with kitchen area has a sofa-bed, table, TV. In the kitchen there are 2 electric/hob and a microwave. From the balcony you can see the beautiful Monte Conero and the beautiful Adriatic Sea. From mid-June to early September will open: Bar/Restaurant at the Reception owned by brilliant Giacomo and his family open everyday with Italian Breakfast, for the lunch you can also buy lovely plate to take-away (reasonable prices) like Spaghetti allo Scoglio (Spaghetti with Seafood) Penne Ragu\' (pasta with Bolognese sauce) Gnocchi with tomato soup and much more. Restaurant at the swimming-pool: for the afternoon you can try the Lovely Slice of Pizza, icecream, aperitive ect.. For the Dinner you can try the Tipical Giacomo\'s Menu-offerts (Reservations are recommended day before) Swimming-pool and football pitch are for free, Tennis courts and Grill Space (book at the reception) animation with baby club (July and August) The supermarkets and loundry are within 500 meters. The residence has 300 apartments and is perfect for family with kids. There are buses going to the center of Porto Recanati that is about 3km, you can also walk or ride our bike for a beautiful journey. Area full of seaside restaurant, shops, bar, cinema, bowling etc.. For the summer will open the Entertainment Park/Luna Park at 2 km. You can find beaches for a fee where you can rent sunbeds, deckchairs or free beaches where you can bring your Pets. Porto Recanati have an interstate exit on the motorway SS16 Adriatica named Loreto/Porto Recanati (2,5km from Jet Aapartaments) and Train station. Falconara Airport is about 30km. At the apartament you will find 2 lovely old bycicle. The location is the Conero Park, protected both by WWF and the Cultural Heritage Body. Here you find a series of wild-looking beaches, some of whom only reachable by sea, with white rocks and pebbles, and clear waters awarded for the past 19 years the European Blue Flag. Portonovo is an ideal location for canoeists, in the afternoon the wind usually blows at an average speed of 15 knots, so it\'s a paradise for windsurfers and kite surfers. In the Conero Park, you have pathways, hiking trails and cycle routes. At a 20 minutes drive, there are a scuba diving center and an 18-hole golf course. Conero Regional Nature Reserve is characterized by a rich and diverse mediterranean scrub vegetation, and it hosts various mammals, such as polecats, badgers, foxes, hedgehogs, weasels, wild boars and roe deers. It is also a well known locality for bird watching and migration destination for birds of prey. Conero Park is designed both as Special Protection Areas (SPA) and as Special Area of Conservation (SAC) as part of Natura 2000 network. The closest town is Ancona, the only Italian city with both sunrise and sunset over the sea, that offers a blend of Romanesque, Gothic and Byzantyne art. In the inland areas you find a coloured countryside, hillside villages, castles and ancient architectures. In less than 100 km, the historical towns of Urbino, Ascoli Piceno, Macerata (whose Sferisterio hosts a great opera season), or spectacles of nature like Frasassi Caves.
