Description of objectCosy detached house for rent in Santa Maria del Focallo, the sea part of Ispica (RG). The House is located between the two holiday resorts Borgo Rio Favara and IGV Club Marispica.The property has corner prospect and is surrounded by wide open spaces with parking space for 4-5 cars, 2 lanais, a barbecue corner and a small plot of land with fruit trees. Inside the House consits of large living room, kitchen, two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower, another room with a kitchenette and a stone oven, an outdoor shower. The beds, if necessary, can go up to 6 by adding a further 2 beds (ideal for children) in the living room. Note: the wood for the barbecue will be provided included in the price. The beautiful sandy beach of Santa Maria del Focallo is reachable by foot in 7-8 minutes or you can take your car and park it in Via del Villaggio, the road that leads directly to the beach. The town of Pozzallo, just 6 km away, offers various possibilities of leisure and entertainment both for families and young people thanks to the local nightlife, the activities and events which liven up the summer season.
