The villa is suitable for the stay of a group of people (maximum 12) as may be two families or a large family , located in a strategic area very convenient from the highway which is only 10 km away and close to major centers such as Montepulciano, Pienza, Città della Pieve , Lake Trasimeno , Cortona , Chiusi , Cetona and many more can all be reached by car in less than 15 minutes.
On the ground floor is a spacious living-room connected to the main room with kitchenette and fireplace a double bedroom and a small bathroom with shower on the first floor 4 large bedrooms including three doubles and one with two single beds, bathroom shower equipped with a washing machine. The attic floor is another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi corner .
Completing the Villa a bright basement with another fireplace and kitchenette , while the garden equipped with tables, chairs and sun loungers.
The garden has a spacious lawn and tall trees cypresses, pines and olive trees , a gazebo with seating where you can relax, enjoy the view from where you can see the Chiusi Lake or the rolling hills of Umbria and Tuscany .
