Rental Price60 Euro per object per dayDescription of objectThe house has two double rooms, two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub, both with a big window.A sizeable living room with a big sofa, three armchairs and a TV. A table with for chairs and a fireplace. The kitchen area has four stove, oven, frige-freezer Plesare note: there is a short staircase that connect the living room to the night area. ATTENTION: -the price indicated is just approximate and can undergo changes. -The price don't include gas, water and electricity costs. These costs varies depending on the effective stay and the effective consumption. -At the time of booking we ask for a down payment of the 50% of the vacation period’s total amount. -At check-in will be request a key money of 200 Euro, that will be give back at check-out, if there was no damage to the house, furniture or property. Location of objectThis vacation rental has peaceful neighborhood, in a pine trees wood, on a hill.The home is just five minuts drive to supermarket, bakery, farmacy, church, gas stations and nice small villages and little medieval towns: Arrone, Ferentillo, Marmore, Montefranco, Casteldilago, Torre Orsina, Piediluco. The most charming places to visit are: - The Marmore's Waterfalls, with its sport attractions (rafting, trekking...) - Ferentillo, ideal place for climbing activities, pools, - Piediluco lake. - The ancient Abbazia di San Pietro in Valle - Terni(20 minuts to): San Valentino's tows. - Narni - San Gemini - Spoleto (30 minutes to): the ancient town with the magnificent 'Roman Theater', and many beautiful churc of romanic period. It is the town of the 'Festival dei due mondi'. - Assisi (1 hour to): With the Basilica di San Francesco and S.Maria degli Angeli. -Todi and Orvieto (1 hour to). - Viterbo and its termal baths 'Terme dei Papi'. -Cascia and Norcia (1 hour to). - Rome (1 and 1/2 hour to).
