Description of objectThis large country villa sits in a superb position in the hills north of the medieval city of Lucca.The villa, with its own gardens and swimming pool, overlook the valley below. The house sits on the hills among olive trees and vineyards, with a fabulous view in the distance of the city of Pisa, the coastal town of Livorno, and the sea beyond. You can see the beautiful parish of Pieve Santo Stefano with its 13th century bell-tower . The house is situated in the heart of the Tenuta di Forci, an agricultural farm producing DOC lucca’s hills wines, extravirgin olive oil –pressed in its own oil-press. Olives, vinegar, honey and grappa. The villa has been restored and furnished with antique pieces. On the wall of the house is engraved 1606 the year the first stones were laid. The massively thick walls keep the rooms delightfully fresh at night and cool by day. Everyone has space to have a quiet corner of their own. The house is made up of three floor for a total of 600 square meters. On the ground floor there is: -the entrance hall with library, -a spacious dining room with open fireplace, equipped with an antique large table – it was in the past the work-table of a tailor. -The dining room is open onto the kitchen equipped with marble working-table, dish-washer, electric oven, 6 ring ob, microwave, toaster, american style coffee-maker, italian style coffee-maker, kettle, all domestic tools. -Close to the kitchen there ia a storage room where you can find the washing machine, two large size refrigerators with deep-freezer, iron, iron-table. -a separate sitting room, with sat-tv, dvd, stereo. -A living room with open fireplace and double sofa-bed that can be converted in a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with shower). On the first floor: -main living room, very spacious, with a large and old fireplace, sofas, tables, arm-chairs… -on the four corners of the living-room there are four bedrooms: one twin bedroom withtwo separated single beds and three double bedrooms –one of which on two levels, with small sitting room. All with ensuite bathroom. On the second floor: -very large suite with two separated beds (larger size than a regular single bed), sitting area, and ensuite huge bathroom with bathtube and separate shower. -A double bedroom with privat bathroom –with bathtube. Location of objectThe villa is located in a wonderful panoramic position, surrounded by olive trees and wineyards, in the heart of Forci\\\'s estate, an agricultural farm producing wines, extra virgin oplive oil, grappa, honey, olives.Town: Italy, Lucca, Pieve Santo StefanoPieve Santo Stefano is a small vilalge, on the hills north of Lucca, 10 km far from the historical centre of Lucca.The nearest village where it is possible to find any kind of shops is San Alessio, 7 km far form the house.
