Description of objectVilla Mariposa is situated in Cala Mancina place, a zone of San Vito Lo Capo riches of spontaneous Mediterranean vegetation, in a very quiet area, only 800 mt. from the white sand beach of San Vito Lo Capo.It is spread over a surface of 60 sm., with a garden of 800 sm. Description : Three-room apartment with 4+1 beds, made up of a comfortably living-dining room with cooking facilities, kitchen and table equipment, television by satellite, stove, iron, washing-machine. • 2nd room with a double-bed. • 3rd room with bunk bed. • One bathroom with shower, bidet and hairdryer. • A covered patio with garden furnishing and barbecue. An open terrace in the garden equipped with typical stone garden seat, hammock, deck-chairs. Location of objectMay and September are beautiful months In San Vito Lo Capo. The temperature is from 20 to 30 degrees, so one can still swim as well as very often in October, when the temperature is from 16 to 25 degrees (celsius). In November as in April there are normally 14-20 degrees, in December 9 - 16, in January 8 - 15, in February 9 - 16, in March 10 - 17, in April 11 - 20, in Mai 14 - 24, in June 18 - 28. On the last week of September in San Vito Lo Capo \'The Cuscus fest\' will take place: every kind of couscus from all over the world. Price does not include everything is not expressly above-mentioned. A 5% discount is offered for 2 weeks bookings, a 10% discount for 3 weeks bookings, a 15% discount for monthly bookings. A refundable security/damage deposit of ¤ 200 is required(it has to be paid in cash locally to the key holder). The final cleaning(charged by owner) does not include the cleaning of the kitchen that has to be left clean and pots and dishes put inside the cupboards. Rubbish and empty bottles and cans must not be left inside the house. Pets allowed prior arrangement with owner. Change over day: Saturday. During Off and Low season It can be possible to arrive or leave during week days and not necessarily on Saturday. Changeover day negotiable ..... exept in high season !!! The delivery of the house is normally between 14.00 PM and 19.30 PM. Departure time between: at 08,00 AM and 09,30 AM. |
