Description of objectthis original Tuscan farmhouse has been refurbished using traditional materials and techniques to maintain it’s rustic character and help stay cool throug the long summer days.There are 6 bedrooms over the two floors, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and large dining area. The upper floor accommodates a spacious living room, with open fireplace, giving onto a balcony at the front of the property offering stunning views of the valley below.Description Outside: a large (450 square meters), fenced garden benefits from Marco and Marina’s green fingers and provides the perfect setting for ‘al fresco’ dining and relaxing, equipped with tables and chairs. The pool (8.30 x 4 meters) sits in a wood decked area overlooking the valley and comes with loungers and shower . The house is surrounded by its own 6 hectare estate of organically cultivated vineyards and olive groves and is powered by discreet solar panels. Facilities: internet (wi-fi), satelitte tv, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, grill, oven, table tennis, available cot and highchair for children. Dogs are allowed at an additional cost. Location of objectHow to reach the farmhouseFrom A1 Motorway Firenze-Roma take Valdichiana exit. Follow direction Perugia and take Castiglione del Lago exit then follow direction Terontola. From Terontola, follow indication Cortoreggio. The village of Terontola is only two kilometres from the house.There one finds the railway station, banks, a chemist´s and supermarkets. By the train you can easily join several cities as Perugia, Arezzo and Florence. The closest airport is S. Francesco d’Assisi in Perugia (40 kms from I Mandorli). As alternative airports see Florence, Rome or Pisa.
