THE HOUSE - It is a typical Florentine \\\'terraced-house\\\' dating from the 14th century, which is located within a large and quiet courtyard. The apartment is on two levels, has wooden floors and wooden ceiling and has been renewed in july 2010 On the ground floor the living area with entrance, living room with a sofa-bed, dining table and the full kitchen. On the first floor two rooms: one with a king size bed, the second with twin beds (which can be united). The bathroom with tub and shower is located on the ground floor. A small bathroom it is also situated at the first floor. The heating is independent and adjustable at will, the air conditioning is on the first floor in the master bedroom, placed so as to reach the second room. The courtyard is in common with few other houses but it can be used to relax, to reed or take a coffe. The apartment is located in Florentine\\\'s Oltrarno (Legnaia) , 2 km from the city center (Porta San Frediano) and 30 meters from the new tramway that connects to the main train station and to the city center in 7 minutes and passes with a frequency of 2 / 3 minutes.
For those traveling by car, the parking is free in all the area (which is very rare in Florence) and is easy to find place for a car very near to the house..
The house is located just outside the \\\'restricted traffic zone\\\' and it is suggested that you leave the car there and then move with public transport: Florence by car is quite complex, the city center is closet to non-resident\\\'s cars (except at night) and parking are expensive.
It is a residential area, therefore you will find around many shops and supermarkets (the nearest is 150 meter distance).
Childerns playground are at a walking distance and at 10 minutes (walking) there is the beautiful park of Villa Vogel. The city main park Le Cascine is also at 20 minute (walking or just 4 stops by tye Tramway).
