Description of objectTypical eolian building surrounded by a garden with high Eucalyptus, Opuntie and flowers it has a terrace all around the house to lounge in the shade. The terrace accesses all the rooms. Inside there are three king-size bedrooms and a four-bed room, a living room, plus two bathrooms and a third bathroom on the terrace. One kitchen inside and an open air kitchen on the terrace with a bbq. The laundry room and storage are also on the terrace and an open shower in the garden. The house is regularly lived-in and is equipped with all European amenities, including table tennis. The large tile-covered table accommodates for all guests and is the centre of many memorable dinners, accompanied by the regular red lava puffs of the Stromboli in the distant night.
Near the beach (7 min by foot and 2 with a moped), it is on top of a hill with an imposing view of the entire archipelago: Lipari and Vulcano to the south, Panarea and Stromboli to the north, enlaced in total silence, broken only by the ever-present breeze.
