The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, one equipped with a hot tub (Jacuzzi) and panoramic view of the gulf for a total of 4 beds, large bathroom with shower,and waterfall, large living room with kitchen and glazed terrace of 160sqm above the sea of which 20sqm covered with wood patio.
Location of objectOur property is located directly on the sea, on the east coast of Siracusa neighborhood closed to \'Plemmirio\' classified as Specially Protected Area of Mediterranean Interest and a short drive from the beaches of Fontane Bianche, Plemmirio and Arenella. This area is the gateway to the peninsula of La Maddalena facing the island of Ortigia together with the Porto Grande and the mainland.
