Description of objectBali Residence is a luxurious lovingly restored privately owned villa of 110 m2in a 1.000 m2 privately owned land, located in the beautiful and picturesque village of Bali on Crete.The villa is just 300 meters away from the outstanding and most fascinating beaches of Crete, 28 km away by car, bus or taxi from the town ofRethymnon, and 47 km from Heraklion and its international, the capital of Crete. The ideal location in the exact middle of northern Crete provides quick, safe and easy accessibility to all interesting historical, natural or other type of sightseeing and interesting key places, in addition to the fact that gives the opportunity to admire the landscape of the islandproviding at the same timemagnificentlypeaceful holidays with the best tranquility possible. Crete isthe 5th largest island of the Mediterranean, cradle of the first Hellenic and European civilization, the Minoan civilization. It is the sunniest island of the Mediterranean with more than300 days of sun per annum and it has a mild climate throughout the whole year. Crete is a veritable crossroad between Europe, Africa and Asia with strong social identity and people proud of their homeplace. The ground floor villa: It provides our customers with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a spacious living room, a large fully-equipped American kitchen with dining space and, a beautiful garden of fresh organic fruit & vegetables of 600m2as well as trees and plants of the Greek nature, surrounding the property. Living room- office: there are all electronic media complying with today’s needs such as wifi, flat screen TV, , video games, telephone (direct mobile line), and a CD-DVD hi-fi. Kitchen & Inner dining space: The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge 400 lt and all necessary utensils. Upon reservation a private chief cook from the Bali Paradise Hotel, can provide you with special menus. Room service access from 11:00 – 22:00 daily. Bedrooms: The villa has 3 bedrooms, all with air conditioning (cold-hot). We provide you with all bed linen and hand towelsin a daily (apart Sundays) full domestic cleaning service. Two of the bedrooms (master bedroom and auxiliary bedroom) are located in the main building and 1 bedroom (including one bathroom) with privatized entrance next to the villas entrance. The master bedroom and the separate room are equipped with safety deposit-boxes. Bathrooms: All bathrooms provide with hairdryer and mini-mirror. The bathroom in the privatized bedroom has a shower, hairdryer and mini-mirror too. The outside terrace on the ground floorhas deckchairs, tables, 2 persons’ Jacuzzi, and space for other activities.
