Description of objectThe villa enjoys a privileged position with extensive views over Mirabello Bay of Agios Nikolaos in Crete and the Northern coast of the island, which unveils the true beauty of Lasithi’s original landscapes It offers peaceful and relaxing surroundings with stunning views overlooking the sea and the small islands of Ag. Pantes and is independently placed in a large garden area.Villa Phoebus is structured on two distinct floors, each with separate entrance built in a traditional way based on the castles of Mani, with thick brick stone walls that allow for a cool atmosphere on a hot summer day. The main double bedroom is found on the ground floor with a separate bathroom and kitchen, all beautifully decorated. On the upper floor the property features a spacious living room with inclinated wooden windows and a large balcony equipped with table and chairs, offering shade under the pergola. There you can enjoy watching the seagulls and sometimes the eagles flying in the open sky straight in front of you. The two floors are connected by indoor wooden stairs but can also be separated by a glass door. Outside access to both floors is through a short and a long flight of stairs. A home away from home, sharing a hillside hideaway, in Crete\\\'s unique natural environment, this villa is perfect for those seeking absolute privacy together with the finest views of the sea and the sunrise across the magnificent Sitia mountains that change colors according to the sunlight of each hour.
