With panoramic views from all rooms along the balcony and a large terrace, Petite Villa Azalea enjoys a captivating site on Lake Como with ambiance for year-round relaxation and site-seeing convenience.
The homely décor offers a sitting room with modular leather lounge suite around an open fireplace across the entry hall from a separate, fully-fitted kitchen with built-in appliances including a dishwasher, and dining table for six; or dine al fresco on the terrace outside under the umbrella.
Upstairs the master bedroom with queen-size iron bed, and the second twin bedroom, both lead to a balcony through shuttered French doors. The bathroom with shower over bath, toilet, bidet, and natural light is located adjacent. At the rear of the house in a separate building a second bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine provide additional space and convenience after a day out at the beach or sightseeing. A fifth person may be accommodated in a roll-away bed. The lockable garage is located at street level under the terrace.
Nearby Meier Park offers wide lawns for sunbathing with steps into the lake for swimming, a snack-bar kiosk, beach volleyball, and tennis courts. Tremezzo with its \\\'Greenway\\\' waterfront, ideal for strolling and shopping is home to famous Villa Carlotta. From here ferries and local C10 bus connect conveniently with Menaggio in the north, or the city of Como some 20 km south, and across to Bellagio and Varenna. Many dining facilities on this side of Lake Como remain open all year round.
