Description of objectOur farmhouse has 2 B&B rooms and 1 mini-apartment. The designer rooms are stylishly and comfortably appointed, containing: double box-spring beds and a separate dressing room, with large and luxurious bathrooms. Each room has television, DVD player and wifi internet. The mini-apartment has a luxurious kitchen.Each room has it’s own place to sit to enjoy the sultry Italian evenings, overlooking the rolling hills to a different sunset every evening. Besides the rooms, there is also the possibility to camp outside. We have 8 camping places, situated between our olive trees and vineyards. They are all spacious and have spectacular views. Location of objectComing to the Marche region by plane is easy. The nearest airports are Ancona, Pescara, Rimini, Rome and Bologna. Ryanair offers reasonable cheap flights from their bases in London-Stansted, Stockholm-Skavsta, Düsseldorf-Weeze, Brussels-Charleroi and Madrid.Our address is not easy to find with navigation; use the GPS-coordinates or follow our description. GPS: 43.040797 N 13.636630 E From the “autostrada” A14 Ancona - Pescara * Take exit “Pedaso” * After the toll, turn right and right again at the road below. * Drive on until the first traffic lights and turn right towards Communanza. * Follow the road for approximately 3 miles, turn right at the sign Communanza and cross the Aso river. * At the crossing turn left towards Communanza. * Follow the road for approximately 3 miles and turn right at the crossing in Rubbianello onto the SP238. * Keep following this road passing the place of Valmir. * About 2 miles after Valmir there is a gas station on the right. Directly after the gas station turn right towards Montottone. Drive up the hill. * On the top of the hill you’ll arrive in Monte Vidon Combatte. Turn left towards Montelparo. * Follow this road. After ½ a mile you’ll have a sharp turn to the right and after another 150 meters another to the left. * After approximately 50 meters you’ll see a house on the left (directly by the road) and to the right there is a decayed little chapel. * Turn right just before the chapel and drive down. This is the Via San Pietro Martire. * At the end of this road you’ll find our Casolare. Town: Italy, Fermo, MontottoneOur cute and cosy town Montottone, like most mediaeval cities, is situated on top of a hill. The town walls and the old centre are well kept and certainly worth a visit. Take a walk and visit one of the three churches, and then visit the local pottery run by the Bozzi family. Stop at Bar Rosita for a real Italian Espresso or an aperitivo with the localsMontottone is a lively little town and has everything you’ll need: a supermarket, a bakery, a butcher, a garage, a hairdresser, a restaurant and, if necessary, a pharmacy. Twice every month there is a small market on the townsquare and during the year there are lots of feasts and activities. These are lots of fun to experience when you have the chance.
