Description of objectApartments for rent ideal for those who want to spend their holidays at the seaside and close to the centre of Pozzallo, a very lovely tourist town with fine sandy beaches where you can find all sorts of facilities.There are 2 connecting apartments. The first one is a two-room apartment which can accommodate up to 4 people. It has entrance-living room with cooking corner and a sofa bed, a large double bedroom and a bathroom; the second one is a three room apartment which can accommodate up to 6 people. It has entrance-living room with cooking corner, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Both have balconies overlooking the sea and the whole town. It is a perfect solution if you want to spend your holidays with friends! It is not obligatory to rent both apartments but you can choose just one. Expenses for water and gas are included in the rental price. Electricity consumption is not included and will be recorded by the unit counter. Final cleaning is optional. Bed linen and towels are also included. Location of objectThe apartments are just a few steps from the sea and the main square of Pozzallo. Nearby you can find all kind of shops without taking the car.Town: Italy, Pozzallo, PozzalloPozzallo, with latitude 70 km under Tunis, is both one of the sunniest town in Italy and the town is one of only 4 cities in Sicily to have been awarded “Blue Flag of the year 2012”, title obtained for the beautiful beach, crystal clear sea, coast quality, environmental education, services and security measures.The city offers you kilometres of beaches, which are the pride of the town, a lot of restaurants that cook Sicilian recipes typical of fresh fish, bars, pubs and shops that allow you to shop all year round, not least the brand new Pietre Nere Promenade, area of the city with a strong tourist attraction in July and August. Trade and tourism Port allows you to make daily trips to Island of Malta by Catamaran “ferry boat” with distance journey of about an hour.
