2-bed Flat in a large country house in the Fano/Pesaro hills with ancient oak-trees and olive groves peaceful hillside location just minutes from the two Roman seaside towns of Pesaro and Fano. The perfect renaissance town of Urbino is just forty minutes\' drive while sandy and pebble beaches are close by. Abundance of good food and wine as well as a paradise for art lovers with many fascinating little Medieval towns and music events.

Location of object

The flat is situated on the first floor of a large country house and separate access is by a flight of stairs. Sorry, no lift or ramp is available.
Seating is provided for outdoor dining on the front lawn which enjoys beautiful hillside and olive groves views. The north pine-wood area at the back of the property is cooler even on very hot summer days and has views of the sea, with the nearest beaches just a few minutes\'drive away. Ideal for nature lovers, the location is quiet and fully fenced for the peace of our guests with lavender bushes and swallows circling all around

Many historical churches with paintings by famous Italian artists. Delicious food and drinks and market days each Wednesday and Saturdays. Antique market every second weekend of the month.
