Description of objectAn excellent way to combine a seaside holiday with visits to the beautiful Rome and take a bath in the neighborhood swimming pool that is open July and August. The area is a calm villa neighborhood with a private garden, barbeque and an outdoor diningplace.The villa is on three floors: first floor: two bedrooms with doublebeds and a bath with a shower. Seeview from terass entrance floor: kitchen, fridge/freezer with diningplace, sofa and a toilet with washingmachine. Terass with diningplace. The beach is 800 meters from the house and the trainstaion at 800 meters.Town: Italy, Cincinnato, AnzioAnzio is a small harborcity/bathingresort 50-60km from rome where you can take nice promenades in the evening, visit excellent fishrestaurants or just have a piece of pizza and havefun. From both Anzio and Cincinnato it is easy to reach the center of Rome by train that takes 50-60min. The beaches are in excellent conditions and Anzio has had for years the 'blue banner' that indicates the good quality of the mediterrenean.
