Description of objectThe villa is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday with the family or friends in the middle of the Sicilian nature and hills, but still not far from the sea, airport and various attractions.
Set on a plot of around 6000 m2 this villa enjoys a lot of natural light and sun all year long thanks to the large doors and windows. The property is well insulated which makes it cool in summer and warm in winter.
At ground level one finds a large kitchen and dining area with large windows, a modern living room equipped with a leather sofa bed, 42inch LED TV and large modern fireplace, A double bedroom with an en-suite bath & shower room and a small bathroom for common use.
A modern steel staircase leads to the first floor where one will find two double bedrooms (one with two single beds) with an en-suite shower room.
The outside space is equipped with a large dining area in front of the kitchen and a spacious sofa area with deck chairs.
All rooms enjoy fantastic views of the hills.
The access to the villa is through a secondary road from a winding path inside the property itself, offering ease of access to all types of vehicles.
