Description of objectThe ideal place to find a break against the crowded atmospheres of the cities. The landscape context is peaceful and you will remain astonished by such a perfect mixture of nature and culture.
The apartments are located in the low parts of the villa, in a large courtyard ending at one side in a dry wall that separates the villa from the fields in the neighborhood.
The rooms have been restored in order to remind you the old structure of the house, so that you can breath the old uses of the spaces, as some details emerge from the rock walls.
The living area is inspired by the open-space architectural concept. Upstairs the sleeping area, in a loft. The apartments are two, called Limone and Arancio, meaning respectively Lemon and Orange.
Location of objectThe villa, in the neighborhood of Modica, is located in the 'ragusana' countryside, a cocktail of unmistakable colours and smells, all wrapped by its typical dry walls.

The city will give you the opportunity to explore one of the most impressive sites of the Sicilian baroque. Modica is divided into two parts: 'Modica Alta' and 'Modica Bassa', meaning the High and Low Modica, joined by hundreds of flights of steps. Reaching the top of the main stairway you will see the superb cathedral of San Giorgio that rises from hundreds of bougainvillea flowers, and a breathtaking view of Modica behind you.
Walking along the center and the suburbs of Modica, you will find the 'scacce', a kind of pie, wisely prepared according to the old recipe in the 'focaccerie' shops. But you couldn't leave before tasting the chocolate of Modica, a 400 years old tradition, and then, maybe, you won't leave at all!
