Description of objectThis property is fresh on the market this spring.This property is a large Stonehouse divided in two apartments, set in a beautiful rural retreat. A private self contained property set in its own grounds with views of a large lake and the countryside from the balcony. The property is within walking distance of San Benedetto Belbo, a small village containing a shop for all your needs, the local church and post office. The village is famous for it\\\'s writer Beppe Fenoglio and the local Library has been dedicated to him. A medieval bridge crosses over the Belbo river which joins a large lake available for fishing (Permit holders only at this time). Within 10mins drive is Murazzano and a further 10mins you will find Dogliani which is a town of substantial size and therefore has excellent facilities including shops, restaurants, banks and bars. This area is deep within the Langhe region and adjacent to the Barolo wine hills and at only 30 kms from Alba. Living Area Each apartment has one bedroom, fully fitted kitchen and fully furnished bathroom with separate shower cubicle. Each apartment is large enough to sleep up to 5 people and has a large living room / kitchen with 1 dining table, colour TV and Internet. The living area has access to the balcony . Outside Outside there ia a large garden with a private driveway and parking space.
