Description of objectA small villa of 43,5m2, each with its own swimming pool(28m2) are located in the northern part of Lefkada. The villa are 500m away from the village center in a completely serene environment. Βuilt on 5000m2 of land which has been shaped into a most beautiful garden with big trees and plants. Each villa has a 28m2swimming pool with its own spacious private area. The environment is ideal for couples who wish to enjoy absolute relaxation and rest. Furthermore, the villa is comfortable and operational for small families, as they can host up to 3 people. There is 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 sofa bed in living room, a bathroom, as well as a single area consisting of the dining room and the kitchen. Our autonomous villa is newly built and provide our guests with all the amenities: A fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, hot plates, toaster, and coffeepot), air conditioning, satellite TV, hairdryer, and iron. villa also has its own spacious veranda, swimming pool and parking.The villa it is one of five small villas in The newly build complex Location of object2. Villa ιs located in Vassiliki at the northern part of the island. Vassiliki is well known throughout Europe as the ideal place to learn windsurfing since the sea is shallow and the wind force appropriate. The eastern coast of Vassiliki fully covers all kinds of sea sports. Shops to rent all the necessary equipment for windsurfing, catamaran etc are to be found there. One can also find windsurf clubs and take lessons.Agiofyli is one of the most attractive beaches of Vassiliki, only 2,5klm far. Other nearby beaches is Egremni and Porto Katsiki, which can be reached in 20 minutes by car. Plenty of restaurants, taverns, cafeterias and snack bars are found at the old port of Vassiliki, making the night life intense.
