The comfortable holiday flat / apartment with private entrance is bounded by a huge, fenced garden with a swimming pool (6 meters wide and 15 meters long) and a romantic gazebo where to spend relaxing and enjoying hours in the open air.
The typical stone house was rebuilt from the ground up in 2003 and has since then been the home to its guest-friendly owner family.
The holiday flat / apartment is located in an absolutely quiet, nature-surrounded location and nevertheless no more than 3-5 minutes on foot from the town centre of Cagli.

The holiday flat / apartment is about 65 m2 and comes with a large kitchen/living room with sofa bed for 1-2 persons, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. The kitchen is completely equipped and the flat / apartment is also provided with a washing-machine, a TV and Wi-Fi internet access. The swimming pool is exclusively used by the guests and the owner family and pool towels are provided for free. Car parking inside the estate.

Cagli is a small historic town of about 9,000 inhabitants with a lot of churches, buildings and monuments of historical and cultural interest, rivers, mountains and trekking paths for the ones who love nature and a good infrastructure of shopping facilities, restaurants and cafés to enjoy the typical Italian charme.
Cagli is also the ideal location to organize trips to nearby cities like Urbino, Gubbio, Fano, Pesaro, San Marino, Assisi, Perugia as well as to the renewed Conero Natural Park (Ancona) with its rocky shore and beautiful sea.

Additional Information
The owner family is composed of 5 people: mum Astrid, dad Luigi and their three children Alessia (20), Alessandro (19) and little Natasha (8). We always welcome our guests and do whatever we can to make them feel at ease and thus spend unforgettable holiday days in our home.
