VILLANEREIDE is a comfortable villa with pool located in a small town in the countryside of Salento, “Melissano”, about 10 minutes drive from the beautiful beaches of Gallipoli and less than 8 kilometers from the marina of “Torre Suda”.
It is equipped with two bedrooms and three bathrooms and can accommodate up to eight beds
The exterior of the villa are decorated with a comfortable sunbathing area with a swimming pool and a gazebo with garden furniture and barbecue grill.
Entering from the entry foyer leads to the main living area, consisting of a bright dining room, living room with TV and well-equipped kitchen.
From the hall is accessed through a hallway, to the bedroom, with two double bedrooms with bathroom / shower room.
Given the presence of comfortable sofa beds and a third bathroom with bath tub, Nereid Villa can comfortably accommodate up to eight people.
Terms of lease: Booking deposit required 40% deposit for damages € 2,500 (to be refunded at the end of the complete holiday), Consumption included in the price, wearing lingerie or rent at a cost of € 25 per person for the complete set (€ 15 single bed, € 15 one bathroom)
