Description of objectLes Tres Cales – L’Ametlla de Mar – Tarragona - Costa Dorada – Catalonia - Spain (1 up to maximum 8 persons)Beautifully situated villa with private pool and Jacuzzi, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Tropical private garden adjacent to a natural gorge with breathtaking views of the Valley. Villa on the Costa Dorada to L'Ametlla de Mar in the urbanization Les Tres Cales. The villa is located on a natural gap and large green zone, has a tropical landscaped and fully fenced private garden of 700 m 2. The 120 m 2 large detached villa is tastefully decorated with Mediterranean influences and no effort is spared to make your holiday comfort optimal. Classification: The living room has a dining area and a sitting area with satellite TV, 37 inch flat screen, DVD and CD stereo. A double garden door gives access to the round covered terrace with view on the pool, provided with a large dining table with 8 chairs. A fully equipped open kitchen opens onto the living room, equipped with 5 burner gas ring , electric oven, microwave oven, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, mixer, toaster, juicer, etc. The crockery and glass crockery are plentifully present. Also one can rely on sufficient table accessories. In a separate room you have a dishwasher, washing machine, Ironing Board and iron. The central corridor gives access to one of the two bathroom and the three bedrooms, one in suite. This bedroom has two single beds (80 x 2.00 m) and a fitted wardrobe, adjoining a spacious bathroom with bath, sink, bidet, toilet and a hairdryer. The other two bedrooms have a common second bathroom with bath, sink, bidet, toilet and a hairdryer. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m) and fitted wardrobe. The other bedroom also comes out on the covered terrace, has two times two single bunk beds (90x2.00), a wardrobe and gives comfort to sleep for 4 people. The bedrooms are equipped with fans. Duvets and pillows are available. (Duvets will not be available from 15 June till 15 September). Adjacent to the villa is an outdoor shower room provided with hot and cold water. The villa is surrounded by a tropical landscaped garden with lawn and trees. These are beautifully lightened in the evening. A large kidney shaped private swimming pool (5x10m), with roman steps, inlaid with mosaic tiles, Halogen lighting and an adjoining Jacuzzi surrounded by sun terraces in natural stone. The villa has wooden garden furniture including sun beds all equipped with pillows, this increase your comfort. In the garden there is a fix barbecue area. In this villa you have a high chair and cot (for babies up to 3 years). If you wish to use this, you must inform us at the moment of booking. This service is free of charge. The villa is protected with iron grills and shutters. There is space for two cars in the driveway inside the fenced garden. The Villa is located on 2700m from the sea and from one of the coves with fine sand Cala Forn beach.Les Tres Cales has a small commercial centre (600 m from the villa) with supermarket, bakery, restaurants, etc. Features a sporty zone (at 600m from the villa) with a restaurant, bar and covered terrace, equipped with mini football, pétanque field, playground, etc. Les Tres Cales is located just 5 km from the picturesque and quaint fishing village of l'Ametlla de Mar (with all bank, shop and catering facilities) to which it belongs. Surrounded by a Provencal green-clad mountains chain, a preserved tourist zone without mass tourism, beaches and bays are not overcrowded, there you will find a nice balance between Sun and sea, man and nature.
