Description of objectSemi detached duplex house with splendid views in a private residence of 1 hectare up to the sea. The residence includes six other houses, swimming pool, landscaped garden, semi-private beach down the hill, within walking distance (3 minutes) by a small private path. Calm and respect required.
This villa is not appropriate for really small children because of the house's configuration and the non-secured swimming pool.
First level: equiped kitchen and living/dining room, big terrace (in L size) with really magnificent views to the sea; nice wooden staircase leading to a small mezzanine with a double bed, completely open to the living room.
Lower level: three bedrooms with views to the garden and the sea, terrace and private garden, shower room with wc. One big en-suite bedroom with beautiful views to the sea.

Location of objectIt is also situaded 20km from the old Venetian city of Nafplio which was the first capital of modern Greece, and 20km from Argos, the oldest city in Europe. At about 10 km from Xiropigado you can find the village of Paralio Astros with lots of cafés, restaurants, nightlife, and where a thermal wind allows almost every summer afternoon to practice windsurfing and kitesurfing.
