Description of objectThe Villa Bellevue is composed at the 1st floor of 60 square meters of living room and kitchen, there is also 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 terraces. At the 2nd floor there are 4 rooms with 4 bathrooms all sea view with air condition. All rooms have plasma LCD, SAT, mini fridge, tables, shampoo, towels, linen.... 56 square meters is the biggest terracewhich is covered and has a grill and garden. The villa Bellevue is at the same modern and convivial.You will enjoy your vacation and feel like you are at home. Home sweet home !Location of objectur house is situated on the island of Vis one of the 10 most beautiful island in the world. The house is at the same time in and out the Village. In, because of the close distance to the village and Out because of the position on the highest point, with the most beautiful view.The island of Vis is the last island opened to tourism in Croatia because it was for several years occupied by the Yugoslavian army and the Marshal Tito. Main industries on the island are agriculture (mainly viticulture), fishing, fish refinement and tourism.Around 20% of arable land on the island is covered with vineyards. Autochthonous vine species cultivated on the island are Plavac Mali, Kurtelo¨ka and Bugava. The sea around Vis is rich with fish, especially blue fish (sardine, mackerel and anchovy). Komi¸a fishermen of the 17th century developed their own type of fishing boat, the Falku¨a which was used even in the second half of the 20th century because of its excellent features.
