Our villa is situated in a 5000sq m. private garden of pine trees with my two other villas. It has its private parking lot and a swimming pool. The villa is fully furnished for your comfort including all kitchen equipments, satellite tv and furniture. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 living room with seperate dining room, 1 bathroom and an extra shower in pool level.
Guest Access:
Our guests will have their private swimming pool and private parking lot.
Interaction with Guests:
I\\\'m going to be present during the check in to give information about the villa and surrounding area. My family is living in a villa in the same garden so my guests can contact us whenever they require our assistance in anything. For the rest of the time, we are respecting the privacy of our guests.

Getting around:
Our guests will require a car to go to shopping (5 mins drive) or beach (15 mins. drive). The villa is located 1 km to the main road that connects Mugla-Akyaka-Fethiye and my guests may take minibuses to go to Akyaka or Mugla but a car will make it more safe and easy.
Renting a car from airport will make it cheaper too because the next option is taking a taxi. From the villa, Ephesus, Ölüdeniz, Bodrum, Akyaka and Dalyan are within range to travel.
Town: Turkey, Turquoise coast , Ula
The Neighborhood:
The villa is located in a silent country side. It is a perfect location to relax and rest. I recommend walks to the country side to experience Turkish rural life. Our guests may experience Turkish cafe which we call \\\'\\\'Kahve\\\'\\\' to interact with locals and to try Turkish tea or Turkish coffee.
