Safety: the village is guarded 24 hours a day. Free Internet is available in the house. Lovely Villetta with spectacular sea view in a complex of 6 at 700 meters by the sea and 2000 meters by road from the sea. The villetta Mariarte has a large lounge and 3 seat sofa Flat-screen TV, stereo and radio equipment, dining area, 1 double bedroom,1 double/single bedroom,2 bathroom 3 showers. Fully equipped independent kitchen with cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils, fridges, cooker, washing machine, iron and iron board. There is a 200 sqm of garden in the front of the house and on the back. Has a nice patio with sunbed chairs and barbecue where you can grilled you fish or meat also there is a outside shower with hot/could water. In front of the house there are 2 tarrazze with spectacular sea view. To sitting eating and enjoying the lovely sunset during eating "al fresco". The poll is available from june to the end of September . The villetta is positioned on the hills inside the spectacular village of Costa Paradiso. There is plenty room in the living room and in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, microwave. You will also have a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. At 700 meters from the house there are restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy and all kind of services and sports are available in the village. Location of objectCosta Paradiso: Few places turn out to be paradise -This huge natural park extending to over 2000 acres comes very close! The coastline is a rocky one with many of the cliffs and rocks shaped by the pounding of the sea and wind over thousands of years - the imagination can go wild visualizing the rock formations, which often resemble faces, minimal shapes and even gargoyles produced by nature. The pink granite rocks take even a rosier glow during the magnificent sunsets over the sea. Town: Italy, Costa Paradiso, Trinità D'AgultuThe villa is located in the spectacular village of Costa Paradiso. A village, half hidden, built on the rocks that rise out of the crystal clear sea. The villa is 2Km or 5 minutes from the sea and a short walk along the shore takes you to one of the most beautiful beaches along the entire coast. The beach is small but truly beautiful, completely wild, hidden in a cove backed by a little river winding back into the rocky hills, and with a crescent of soft sand. I'd really recommend getting a snorkel and a mask as there are loads of fish to check out, and once we even saw a huge yellow jellyfish-type thing about 20 meters away underwater, that's how clear it is. If you would rather swim directly off the fabulously scenic rocks along the coast, there are plenty of little coves easily accessible to snorkel off. If you want a giant beach then drive a half-hour along the coast road (either direction), or for shopping and wandering in the old town, Castelsardo is very nice as a daytrip. Inland you should see some of the many nuraghic ruins - weird and atmospheric. In the village you will find shops, bars, restaurants and swimming pools, plus facilities for water sports and trips by boat to various local beaches. A short drive along the coast takes you to the picturesque town of Santa teresa di Gallura, where you can take boat trips to the nearby island including Corsica. You will also find excellent local fresh fish restaurants and close by Capo Testa is worth a visit for the spectacular landscape.Costa Paradiso: Few places turn out to be paradise - but this huge natural park extending to over 2000 acres comes very close!
