Description of object!The holiday home that will not disappoint!
Along the road that leads from the village to the sea, through the countryside of Salento, we find Villa Nasparo (by the tower of defense of the Adriatic coast in 1565, located a few meters from the villa). Nasparo Villa is surrounded by extensive olive groves ultra-secular, twisted trunks and large, that even today, every year, we delight in sweet oil we get from their olives.
It is a house clad in stone that develops in an area of 400 m² fenced, with a living area of 100 sqm. It has ample parking in front of an entrance porch with easy chairs and a large table in order to spend summer evenings with friends, using the stone barbecue grill for maxi or a romantic dinner. Next to the barbecue we have a delightful corner with benches handmade with old wooden beams and stones.

Location of objectSalento is a land of joy, blessed with a climate that remains pleasant throughout the year. The summer of Salento is characterized by numerous meetings during which culture and tradition, the sacred and the profane come together in many festivals and festivities from May to October animate earth. There are nights when you can combine the habits and customs of the place with a tasting of local products, including music, dances and plucks the warmth of the people of Salento.
Town: Italy, Tricase, TricaseThe villa is set among olive trees in the Salento countryside within Park Costa Otranto - Santa Maria di Leuca and Tricase Forest, and behind the Watch Tower, there is a sloping road leading to the sea within a 15 minute walk.
A short walk from the villa, stretches of the Mediterranean, and a scenario quercieti unequaled cliffs that fall vertically on the sea. An ideal spot for lovers of the genuine peace and the rediscovery of mother nature.
But our region is also made of ancient culinary traditions and folk dances like the pinches that once was practiced during the therapeutic rituals bitten by the (real or imagined) by the tarantula Lycosa tarantula and was accompanied by music, with the aim to \\\\\\\'exorcise\\\\\\\' women tarantate and heal them, through the frenetic dance to this music unleashed from their evil. Salento is danced today and every year we celebrate the \\\\\\\'Feast of the tarantula\\\\\\\', in August in Melpignano, far from the same country villa just 20 km.
