From here you can easily reach many cities and fascinating destinations such as Palermo, Trapani, Marsala, Mazara del Vallo, Scopello, San Vito Lo Capo, Segesta, Selinunte, Mozia and salt marches,the Egadi islands, etc..., each with great restaurants and excellent local products.The house is new (end of construction and furnishings in 2013) and is the first year that is leased.

Location of objectThe Villa is articulated on three floors. On the ground floor you can find a bedroom with double bed, a living room with kitchen and sofa bed, a bathroom with shower, a large veranda where you can eat, with a splendid view of the gulf. On the first floor a large bedroom with 3 beds, bathroom with shower and a large terrace with stunning views of the Gulf, for a total of about 100 square meters.
In addition there is a large cellar floor with laundry, an utility room and with the 'scirocco room' (it is a room that, due to its construction particularities, it is not affected by the very hot air typical of the 'scirocco' wind) that can be used, on request, instead of the sofa bed in the living room on ground floor.Pertaining to the villa there is a garden of about 450 square meters, among others, a plum tree and a fig tree.
Town: Italy, Sicilia, Terrasini (PA)The Villa is situated in a very panoramic position on the Gulf of Castellammare. It is located about 6 km from the center of Terrasini, about 4 km from the A29 highway and 18 km from the Palermo’s airport Falcone Borsellino.
This location is ideal:
- to enjoy private access to the sea, which is just a few minutes walk, in a beautiful “cove” between the rocks. The “cove” is equipped with a platform for sunbathing and with comfortable stairs to access the sea and it is adjacent to a diving;
- to enjoy a beautiful sea with stunning reefs to explore with boats that can be hired in Terrasini or Castellammare del Golfo;
- to reach suggestive destinations with monuments, archeology, color and cuisine (such as those reported before).
