This amazing villa- old dalmatian stone house is located in the idyllic etno village Podstup in the mountain area of Tu?epi- very popular touristic destination in Dalmatia region.
The house was built in 1900, renovated in 2011.

This is a very quiet area but not far from the center of Tucepi, only 1 km.
Villa has 3 floors: in the ground floor is old “konoba” – big rustic kitchen fully equipped, grill and toilet . On the second floor is a terrace, kitchen and living room with sofa bed, and on the third floor is a big sleeping room with double bed and modern bathroom.
From the terrace is a wonderful view to the sea and islands Brac and Hvar in front of Tucepi and Makarska.
Nearby house is garden with rosemary, laurel and lavender.

All those deciding to spend their vacation in Tu?epi can enjoy the 4 km long pebble beach, lined with pine trees for shade, and the seaside promenade extending along the entire length of the beach. Try out one of the many water sports, or hit the sports courts at the Slatina sports centre, situated on the western side of town just off the promenade. For those looking to delve into the depths of the sea and enjoy the beauty of the sea life, the diving school is situated in the Tu?epi harbour. If you prefer to enjoy the silence and feel the weight of wisdom of centuries past, set out on one of the marked walking trails to the nearby villages AND one of them is PODSTUP, just 30 to 50 minutes from the sea.
The culture and entertainment programme is an integral part of what our tourism offers. The Tu?epi Summer Evenings festival hosts a diversity of entertainment and cultural performances. The festival typically begins with a party in the streets on 13 June, the feast day of St. Anthony, the patron saint of the Tu?epi parish. At the end of June, the traditional festival of klapa singing is held at the Kaštelet Hotel. Enjoy fishermen's nights, popular music concerts, performances by folklore groups and klapa singing groups in the harbour. The centuries of peace in the surrounding villages is broken by the theatrical performances that have become traditional events, entitled “To culture in the Tu?epi villages”. These performances together with the local culinary offer make for an unforgettable experience.
BIOKOVO mountain - It takes just 60 minutes by car to reach the peak Sveti Jura, the highest point of Mt. Biokovo at an altitude of 1762 m, and also the highest peak on the Mediterranean.
From the highest peak and other easily accessible points, take in the unforgettable view of the neighbouring mountains, surrounding islands, the entire riviera, its beaches, hotels, forests and bay. Mt. Biokovo is protected as a nature park.
Also, The local tourist agencies organise boat excursions to the islands of Bra?, Hvar and Kor?ula, and excursions to the cities of Split and Dubrovnik, and the town of Me?ugorje, a renowned place of pilgrimage.
