Description of objectThe house is located in Marine of Tertenia (Tertenia is near Tortoli and Arbatax ), in the south of Sardinia, near a crystal clear sea. .
The cottage is situated into a residence, in an oasis of peace between the sea and the mountain: there are several nearby beaches including the popular beach Foxi Mannu, characterized by very large and fine white sand and shallow water.
The house is newly built and is equipped with new furniture, it has a living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a veranda with sofa, table and chairs to eat outside, air conditioning, and small bathroom with shower behind the house .
There is also a private garden with barbecue and sea view. In front of the cottage there is a pool which will be divided with only three neighbors (each group of 4 villas sharing a swimming pool to ensure the privacy of the residence (see photo )
The Residence offers green area equipped with:

Location of objectIt is possible to make several excursions: the beaches of Tortoli / Arbatax, Barisardo, Santa Maria Navarrese, Villaputzu, Muravera, Villasimius, Cagliari etc..
In Arbatax or in Santa Maria Navarrese (I recommend to do) you can book a ferry to Cala Sisine, Cala Luna, etc., or again you can take from Tortoli (a very nice small city to shop, which is approximately 30 minutes drive) a train (called the Green train) to discover the beauty of the landscape around.
