The house has a large garden with swimming pool, two terraces in the shade of large 300 year old oak tree, BBQ, garden furniture, olive garden and place to walk and enjoy the 3000 square feet. Beaches are 20 minutes driving. East Coast: Bale, Peroj, Fazana. West Coast: Duga uvala. Both coasts are affordable for the arrival of the car and attractive for swimming.

There is a wealth of archaeological / historical sites in the area too numerous to mention but Porec for example is home to the wondrous Euphrasian Basilica and the church of St Blaise of neighboring Vodnjan contains the largest collection of saintly relics outside of Rome. Pula’s impressive Roman amphitheater hosts open air concerts throughout the summer months, and the city boasts many other Roman buildings.
