The house has a total of 75 m2, spacious living room with kitchen and fireplace, two bedrooms, bathroom (bathtub, toilet). There is the outdoor private and well-equipped gym 30 m2 with bathroom (shower, toilet).
The house is just five minutes by foot from the pebble beaches.
Near the house are sport and recreation facilities for the whole family including an amusement park, tracks for cycling,roller skating and jogging, caffe bars,restaurants, grocery stores and a bus station (25 min to the centre of Split).
