Description of objectThis modern house is first row to the sea, the beach is directly in front of the garden. It consists of two apartments with total three bedrooms, three living rooms and three bathrooms. Max. persons 6+2. The nearest restaurants and shops are 1,2 km away. There is an Internet access, Sat-TV heating and air-conditioning unit available. Outside is a nice garden with a place for BBQ and a parking space.
The first appartment is located on the first floor with a total surface area of 100 m2 and a terrace with 20 m2. The appartment has a view out to the sea and on the city of Split. There is a fully equipped kitchen in this appartment (dishwasher, stove, fridge/freezer), 2 bedrooms and living rooms and a bathroom which is also equipped for a pleasent stay (washing machine, hair dryer, towels etc.).
The second appartment is on the ground floor and is smaller, 50 m2, but it has a larger terrace, 100 m2. This appartment also has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, living room and a bedroom.
House is located in a small village in Slatine, on the island of Ciovo which is connected by a bridge with the mainland and the UNESCO protected town of Trogir. Slatine is a small fishing and tourist village situated on the northeastern side of the island Čiovo, only 8 km from Trogir. It lies on the coast of Ka¨tela bay, opposite of Split and Marjan peninsula, which are to the east. There are 1,106 inhabitants in the settlement (2011 census). Small road links Slatine with the rest of the island and the village is serviced by a bus link and in the summer months by a small ferry. Slatine is popular with tourists. The village has a long beach and many hotel apartments.
