Description of objectVilla is located in Slatine, Ciovo. It consists of three aprtments approximately of 85 Sqm plus 20 sqm terace. They are luxuriously furnished, with air condition and internent access. Each room has TV. Each aprtment has two bedrooms and one big living room together with kichen. The house is right on the beach. The nearest shop and restaurants are 300 meters away. The airport is 15 km away. Trogir is 5 km away. Posilibility to use grill.Villa is a spectacular beachfront residence located at Ciovo, small island very close to popular and antique city of Split. Villa is brand new, built in 2010. It is elegantly furnished with a combination of modern design and antique furniture for luxury and art lovers. It is surrounded by a beautiful mediterrranean garden which provides direct beach access. The Villa is designed to follow the sun’s daily course from the sunrise to sunset. It faces the sea and during the day you can choose between spending your time in full sun or in cool shade under the palms. In the garden are a lot of mediterranean plants such as palms, olives, citrus and a large fountain. Pure air from the sea mixed with the scent of the olive and palm trees makes this a wonderful place to relax. That is why there is an outdoor sitting area on the covered terrace where you can enjoy yourselves doing things you like. The villa offers sea views from each room. ACCOMODATION: There are three apartments in the Villa. Each of them is decorated in a unique way, but all of them have the same layout. There are two double bedrooms in each apartment. There is one king size bed in one bedroom and the queen-size one in the other. All the bedrooms offer cable TV, wardrobe, sea view and air-conditioning. The master bath offers “his and hers” sinks and a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers stainless steel appliances. There is a plasma TV in each room and a stereo set with CD and DVD player also in the living room. While in the living room, there is a feeling as you are outdoors all the time, due to big spacious balcony which provides you a beautiful and picturesque view of the Mediterranean sea and the beach. GROUND FLOOR APARTMENT A Apartment A is located on the ground floor and offers an unforgettable holiday in nature and space. It represents the perfect combination of sea, rocks and red ground as the terrace and living room are only only few steps away from the wide stone path to the pebble beach and the sea. It is decorated in a modern and highly functional decent style to provide you the best holiday with your kids and family. It offers true easy-going and carefree relaxation and enjoyment for families. APARTMENT ON THE FIRST FLOOR B Apartment B is located on the first floor of the Villa and represents a perfect example of modern luxury. It provides exceptional views of the beach, sea and mountains from every room in the apartment and is furnished exclusively. There are many works of art in each room there. If you work a lot and wish to experience the perfect blend of luxury and enjoyment of Mediterranean holiday, come and you wont regret your stay in this apartment. Location of objectSlatine are a small fishermen and tourist village situated on the northeastern side of the island Čiovo, only 8km from Trogir. It lies on the coast of Ka¨tela bay, opposite Split and peninsula Marjan, which are situated in direction east. Arbanija is situated in direction northwest of Slatina.The island Čiovo is famous for its rich vegetation, numerous islands and little islands, stone and gravel beaches. In the surroundings of Slatine, the coast is indented with a lot of lagoons, cliffs, gravel and stone beaches. During summer heats, the pinewoods create pleasant shade, and they are perfect either for families with small children for swimming or for those who love peace and quiet.
