Description of objectThis exclusive villa is equipped with modern facilities and offers all the comfort you need for your vacation. It consists of 2 apartments that are rented separately. The pool is heated (April to October) and the pool terrace is partly covered. The large Mediterranean garden is exclusively for guests of the two apartments available, offering plenty of refuges. Washer, dryer and ironing facilities are available. Beach towels, bed linen, towels, beach chairs and umbrellas are included. Possibly Renting a large garage possible. For the winter months underfloor heating and air conditioning are available. Apartment 2 (Based on 2 persons possible) with 70qm² has: 1 bedroom, large living and dining area, 1 bathroom, modern fitted kitchen with all mod cons, satellite TV, Internet, DVD, air conditioning, underfloor heating and a large sun terrace. Prices: Dec-Mar 50 ¤ / day, April, May, November, ¤ 70 / day, June-oct. ¤ 90 / day The final cleaning of 80, - ¤ is to be paid locally. W-lan possible charge 10 ¤ / week Baby travel bed with good mattress ¤ 10 / week Highchair ¤ 10 / week Extra bed 20 ¤ / day W-lan possible fee 10EUR / week baby bed (with good mattress) 10EUR / week, highchair 10EUR / Woche.Zustellbett (1 per apartment for a fee (20EUR / day) payable locally Heating supplement from December to March 30 ¤ per week. Payment only via bank transfer, no credit cards Location of objectAmong the cities Elche (with the largest palm groves in Europe), Guardamar (large town with shopping and beautiful beach promenade), Santa Pola (fishing port), Torrevieja (beautiful promenade) and the salt lakes is only 20 min drive away.La Marina is located a small town on the Costa Blanca between Guadamar del Segura and Santa Pola. The site consists partly of old villas, as well as houses with max. 5 floors can be found here. Small bodegas and restaurants as well as many small shops await your visit. The kilometer-long white natural beach is bordered by dunes and pine forest. In the high season you can rent here parasols and refresh yourself with a cool drink at one of the small beach bodegas. La Marina is not only suitable for pure beach holiday. From here many destinations can be visited. The neighboring town of Guardamar with its large park and marina or Santa Pola with its castle and the port invite you to visit. The cottages and apartments are located in almost every one of La Marina urbanization about 3 kilometers away. In the urbanization there are bodegas, restaurants, banks, supermarkets, swimming pools, tennis courts and many small shops. Even a small clinic and a pharmacy are available Town: Spain, Costa Blanca, San FulgencioThe villa is in 03177 San Fulgencio in the Urb. Monte Victoria. The long sandy beach is about 5 minutes. Alicante airport is about 25 km away. Restaurants, shops and doctors are just in walking distance. To reach the beach from here, it is best used the bus (only in high season) or you could rent cheap with a car. We will pick you up from the airport. Within a radius of 500m there are all what is needed to live, 2 supermarkets, pubs, restaurants, a small German supermarket, banks, small outdoor pool. Shuttle bus to the beach 300m away.
