The mountains form a serene and fertile valley, perfect for reveling in the song of the wild birds and the refreshing sea breeze that is coming in from the Gulf of Thailand. Here you live in the bosom of nature 900 meter from the white sandy beaches with outdoor life at your doorstep and golf only five kilometers away. At the beach sea food restaurants offer delicious meals accompanied by a wonderful view of the islands in the peaceful bay.

There are 3 flights from Suvannabhum airport to Hua Hin daily. From Hua Hin to Sam Roi Yot 32 km by songthaew (taxi). Alternative bus from Hua Hin to Pranburi and then songthaew to Sam Roi Yot. The villa is located 300 meters into the small road opposite Wat Nong Khao Niao in the village of Nong Khao Niao.

By Train
Train from Bangkok or south of Thailand to Pranburi. From Pranburi, you can take songthaew 17 km to Sam Roi Yot. The villa is located 300 meters into the small road opposite Wat Nong Khao Niao in the village of Nong Khao Niao.

By bus
Bus fron Bangkok\\\'s southern busstation to Hua Hin or Pranburi. Then songthaew to Sam Roi Yot.The villa is located 300 meters into the small road opposite Wat Nong Khao Niao in the village of Nong Khao Niao.

By car
From Phetchakasem road with road number 4, turn to the east to road number 3168 at Pranburii. After 5.8 kilometer, turn to the south to road number 1020 for another 11.5 kilometer to the village Nong Khao Niao. Opposite the temple Wat Nong Khao Niao, turn to the west on the small road for another 300 meter.
