Description of objectIn this villa with garden at 300m from Punta Ristola, the taste of Greece and the sober elegance of Salento rather well. Hand-embroidered curtains and antique furniture add a touch of charm!!LA RISTOLA consists of two floors, that is a living and a sleeping area. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms (2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom) with independent access from the Mediterranean garden surrounding the house, 1 bathroom with shower and a small laundry. Indoor stairs lead up to the first floor composed of 1 double bedroom, a large living room, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. From the living room, a few stairs lead to a fine terrace with panoramic sea view covered by a pergola with garden furniture. The house has also a solarium with sea view which is furnished with fitted sofas (2*2m), hot water shower and spotlights. The whole villa is furnished with fascinating ancient doors of this region (mostly seventeenth and eighteenth centuries). There is also a particular type of typical lighting of Salento called \\\\\\\'petti di palummo\\\\\\\'. The RISTOLA’s pavement is made with the chianca, a typical stone of this region Salento used as flooring typical of masserie and fortifications until the last century .
