The Villa can accommodate a total of 7 persons and the living area is arranged on 2 floors.
First floor consists of an entrance hall, a small toilet room and a fully equipped kitchen holding all kitchenware you are going to need during your stay. Furthermore, here you can find the dining room with a plenty of sunshine, a cosy fireplace and a LCD SAT-TV living room area decorated with rustic wood table complete with restored old furniture and ambient lights. Three sets of doors are leading directly to the terrace with a big outdoor table and chairs.
Second floor holds 3 double bedrooms and one smaller bedroom, all fully air-conditioned and sharing a large terrace. Upper floor has one large bathroom with a bath including a shower and a wardrobe. Additionally, guests have a smaller bathroom with a shower on their disposal.
House surroundings include a green garden area with a swimming pool and lounge area. A covered space with a barbecue can be found in the backyard.
