Description of objectVilla Martinis is located in the center of Rogoznica, 30 km away from ¦ibenik and the center of the Dalmatian coast. It is especially popular for boaters because it is one of the most beautiful and safest ports on the Adriatic.The outside of the house is dominated by pool trapezoid. It is surrounded by green trees and three sets of knitted garden furniture. The terraces are covered with cloth, and barbecue is made of stone. The villa consists of four apartments, but the house is rented as a whole with a garden and swimming pool and can accommodate up to 15 people. One apartment is spread over two floors: in the lower are the living room / kitchen / dining room, dressing room, bedroom with double bed and bathroom, while the upper floor is gallery with two double beds and a bathroom. The other three apartments have a small kitchen, living / dining room, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and a sofa or armchair as an extra bed to pull out. Maybe from the outside it looks cool and modern made from concrete in combination with glass, but the inside is a little museum: everywhere are pictures of modern art techniques and themes, colorful wall colors, different designs of curtains, bed linen and tablecloths, painted walls of bathrooms… It makes no sense to describe it with words; come to this small gallery and enjoy your holiday! *Note: boat mooring is available on request. *Pool heating is available on request, 200 EUR / 7 days surcharge. A security deposit of EUR 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable after check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. It has a great well preserved walls, palaces, bell, dome, narrow streets, wells, reliefs… Every building and every decorative volutes on the stone tells the story of its history.The city at the delta of the river Krka has a specific position: surrounded by the ¦ibenik Channel and lake Prukljansko with a deep canyon of the rivers Krka and Čikola, it combines northern and central Dalmatia in itself. In addition, it is a natural passage from the sea to the continental Croatia. The most populated part of the region’s coastal strip is full of many small islands, tourist attractions and valuable architectural heritage. Beside the sea, this place offers broad hinterland of coastal-dinaric outback, mountainous and hilly area with fertile fields, Knin, Kosovo and Petrovo and plateau Bukovicu with Promina. As a result, the wider ¦ibenik area is proud of two national parks: Krka National Park is a natural phenomenon of karst, while Kornati National Park a unique archipelago, a natural phenomenon of the sea. Cities Drni¨, Knin, Vodice and Skradin are also visitor’s targets.
